With no breed or weight restrictions, we make it easy for you and your pet to feel right at home. At Pointe Grand, pet-friendly living isn’t an add-on, it’s part of who we are.

Pet Policy Details

To keep things simple and transparent, here’s a quick overview of our pet guidelines and fees:

  • One-time pet fee of $350 for your first pet
  • $200 one-time fee for each additional pet
  • No refundable pet deposit required
  • $20 monthly pet rent per pet
  • All pets are welcome
  • No breed restrictions
  • No weight restrictions

Pet Spa

Our pet spa makes cleanup simple after walks, playtime, or a day at the Bark Park. With our stainless steel tub, walking ramp for easy pet access, and retractable grooming shower head, we’ve got you set. Enjoy a dedicated space designed to keep your pet looking and feeling their best.

    Bark Park

    Let your dog run, play, and explore at our off-leash bark park and agility course. The perfect spot for daily exercise, socializing and fun. It’s a place where tails keep wagging!

      Do you require a pet interview?

      No, a pet interview is not required.

      What is Pet Screening?

      Petscreening.com helps us keep our furry residents safe and helps process any documents needed for your support animals. 

      I don’t have a pet. Do I have to fill out the PetScreening.com sign-up?

      Yes. This ensures you fully understand the pet policy should you ever want to bring home a new furry family member.
